Delete your ROSC account
How to delete your account in ROSC, the AI medical scribe app by ROSC AI Inc., and what happens to your data. You can do it in the app, on the web, or by email without the app.

How to delete your account
Choose any one of these options.
In the ROSC appiPhone, iPad and Android
- Open the ROSC app and sign in.
- Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete account, read what happens, then tap Continue.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete account permanently. If ROSC asks you to confirm it’s you, sign in again.
Your account is locked right away and you’re signed out everywhere. We’ll email you when your data has been deleted.
On the web
- Sign in at app.rosc.ai.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Click Delete Account and confirm it’s you.
- When asked “Are you absolutely sure?”, click Delete Account.
Without the app, by email
Email support@rosc.ai from the email address on your ROSC account, with the subject Delete my account. If we need to check that the request comes from you, we’ll reply to that address. We’ll email you when your data has been deleted.

Permanently deleted within 30 days of your request:
- Account details: your name, email address and profile
- Visits, transcripts and notes
- Documents, and the files and sources you uploaded
- Your templates and settings
When you delete your account in the app, everything ROSC keeps on that device is erased too.
Audio recordings
Raw audio is deleted automatically after it is transcribed, typically within minutes. Temporary copies may be kept for up to 30 days for quality assurance and model improvement, then permanently deleted.
What we may keep
Only what the law requires us to keep, such as billing and invoice records for tax purposes, typically for up to 7 years. We don’t keep your clinical content (visits, transcripts or notes). If we’re legally required to keep some records, we’ll tell you what we keep.
Notes in your own records
Notes you copied into your EMR or other systems aren’t affected; as the clinician, you remain responsible for those records. Copy any notes you still need before you delete your account.

Delete a single visit instead
To delete one visit and keep your account, open the visit, tap the … menu, then tap Delete visit and confirm.
